| Beschrijving voorzijde | The central field features the elaborate royal cipher of King Oscar II — an ornate interlaced monogram surmounted by the Swedish royal crown with cross finial and pearl-set arches, all rendered in high relief with intricate scrollwork framing the base. A small mintmark appears at the bottom of the field beneath the cipher. The legend SVERIGES VÄL (meaning 'The Welfare of Sweden') arcs along the upper periphery in large serif capital letters. |

Oscar II died in December 1907, making this two-year bronze the last öre coinage of his reign. Production at the Stockholm Mint was already winding down as the king's health declined, and Swedish coinage transitioned to Gustaf V within months of the final 1907 strikes.
