| Obverse description | A crowned royal monogram of King Hans displayed within a shield occupies the central field, enclosed by an inner beaded circle. A peripheral legend in uncial Latin script runs between the inner beaded circle and a second beaded circle along the coin's rim, reading the king's name and title. The overall design reflects the characteristic flat, hand-struck style of late medieval Scandinavian hammered coinage. |
