Reverse description Two lines of Persian-script legend in Nastaliq style fill the central field, reading: 'بے حمدیہ / ضرب فروالا', translating as 'By the grace of God / Struck at Pharwala.' The mint name 'Pharwala' (فروالا) appears prominently in the lower line, identifying the place of issue. The inscription is set within the plain, irregularly shaped flan typical of hammered Gakhar copper coinage, with no additional ornamental elements in the field.
