| Beschrijving keerzijde | Irregular square hammered flan divided horizontally into two registers by a raised line. The upper register bears the Arabic legend 'al-Sultan bin al-Sultan' asserting dynastic sovereignty, while the lower register contains the regnal date in Arabic numerals reading AH 917. The inscription is struck in a bold, somewhat crude hand characteristic of provincial Malwa copper issues. The flan edges are uneven, and the fields show significant granularity and surface corrosion typical of excavated copper coinage of this period. |
