Obverse description Laureate and armored bust of Emperor Joseph II facing right, depicted with flowing curled hair and elaborately detailed pauldron and cuirass. The effigy is rendered in high relief in the Baroque court style, with fine chasing on the armor. The Latin legend encircles the bust, divided across the upper and lower fields. The mint mark 'A' (Vienna) appears in the exergue below the truncation.
