Reverse description Central field displaying multiple horizontal lines of Arabic Kufic legend arranged in parallel registers, consistent with the standard Abbasid-influenced dirham format adopted by the Idrisids. A circular marginal inscription in Kufic script runs along the inner border, partially visible despite the irregular flan and die wear. The surfaces show typical patination and strike weakness consistent with a hammered provincial issue of the late 9th century.
