| Opis rewersu | A large Christogram (Tau-Rho monogram, ⳨) occupies the centre of the field, with a small crescent or pellet at its apex and two six-pointed stars flanking the lower shaft, all set within a neatly rendered laurel wreath that frames the entire design. The wreath is tied at the base with a stylised knot or tablet. No additional legend appears on the reverse. The composition is typical of the Ravenna mint's quarter-siliqua issues under Justinian I, reflecting the strong Christian symbolism prevalent in early Byzantine coinage. |
