| Obverse description | Left-facing draped bust of Queen Victoria wearing an imperial crown and a pearl necklace, her hair dressed in tight curls gathered at the nape. The effigy displays elaborate royal robes with foliate decoration at the shoulder. The legend VICTORIA EMPRESS arcs around the periphery, with VICTORIA to the left and EMPRESS to the right of the portrait. The entire design is framed by a continuous beaded border. |
