| Obverse description | Central field divided by a horizontal line bearing the royal legend in Arabic script. Above the line, the name and titles of Murad Bakhsh are inscribed in bold naskh characters across two registers. Below the line, additional regnal text continues within the lower field. The flan is irregular and slightly ragged at the edges, characteristic of hammered Mughal coinage of the period. The overall strike is moderately well-centered with typical die wear. |
