| 正面描述 | Laureate and draped bust of King Charles II facing right, rendered in relatively high relief with prominent lettering. The Latin legend CAROLVS II DEI GRATIA encircles the effigy in large characters. This issue, produced under the Armstrong and Legg contract, is distinguished by its characteristically large letter forms in both the obverse and reverse legends. The bust displays classical drapery at the truncation and a laurel wreath crowning the monarch's head. |

| 背面描述 | A crowned Irish harp occupies the central field, surmounted by a royal crown of Stuart form with distinctive arched bands and jewelled band. The date appears divided on either side of the crown. The circumferential Latin legend, set in large letters consistent with this issue type, reads MAG.BR.FRA ET HIB. REX followed by the date. The harp is rendered with fine parallel string lines and decorative scrollwork at the neck and foot, characteristic of the Armstrong and Legg coinage for Ireland. |
