Obverse description Seated figure of Balakrishna (the infant Krishna) depicted in frontal aspect, rendered in the characteristic Vijayanagara style. The deity is shown in a cross-legged posture with a discus (chakra) positioned to the right and a conch (shankha) to the left, both emblems of Vishnu. The design occupies the full flan and is executed in low relief, with the surrounding field bearing traces of Nagari script or decorative motifs along the periphery.
