A large circular red handstamp of the Municipality of Korçë is applied at centre, over which a dark blue ink stamp of the Albanian double-headed eagle is superimposed. The serial number, prefixed 'N.', is printed in red at the lower left, with the denomination numeral '10' repeated in the four corners. |
